  1. Terms: Āll courses are prepaid. Payment may be made by check payable to "Quality Testing Services" or by credit card (M/C, Visa or AMEX).
  2. Certification: There is a separate charge for certification exams (general, specific, and practical) of $500. One time fee for writing specific of $400.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Quality Testing Services must be notified of cancellation at least ten (10) full working days prior to the first day of the course. Otherwise, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded. No refund will be issued, if cancelled after the fifth day. If Quality Testing Services cancels a course, we will provide at least five (5) days notice and will issue a full refund.
  4. In-Plant Training: These courses are tailored to your exact requirements and can cover one topic or several. Quotations/proposals for in-plant training are supplied upon request.
